These terms apply to purchases from The Cuddly Cub, operated by Aashan Shoukat as an individual sole trader:

1. About these terms

Please read these terms before ordering. Nothing in them excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer law that applies to you.

2. Products and availability

We take reasonable care with descriptions, dimensions and images. Colours and scale can vary by screen and products may have small manufacturing variations. An item in your basket is not reserved. We may limit quantities or cancel an unavailable or incorrectly listed item and will refund any amount paid for it.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods, depending on applicable law. We may contact you if information is incomplete or fraud checks require clarification.

4. Prices, tax and payment

Store prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable tax and delivery charges are shown before you confirm payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion or other charges. Payment must be authorised using a method offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

Available destinations, services, costs and estimates are displayed at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for an accurate, accessible delivery address and any lawful import duties or procedures shown as your responsibility at checkout. See Shipping & delivery.

6. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Consumers may have a statutory cooling-off period for distance sales. Any such right, the return process and exclusions are explained in Returns & refunds. Separate legal remedies may apply when goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not of satisfactory quality.

7. Product safety

Follow all product labels, age guidance and care instructions. Keep packaging and small detachable parts away from children where relevant. Stop using an item if damaged in a way that could make it unsafe and contact us with the product and order details.

8. Intellectual property

The website design, original copy and original imagery may not be reproduced without permission. Product names and marks may belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses on a consumer purchase, or delay caused by events outside reasonable control.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the mandatory law applicable to the seller in Pakistan, while consumers retain any mandatory protections and court rights provided by the law of their habitual residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

11. Changes and severability

The terms in force when your order is accepted normally apply to that order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
