Returns & refunds

We want returns to be clear. This policy supplements any consumer rights that apply where you live; it does not replace or reduce them.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible online consumer purchases, tell us within 14 days after receiving the goods that you wish to cancel, then send them back within the following 14 days. We may offer a longer period on the product or checkout page. Items should be handled only as needed to inspect them and returned complete, clean and with their tags and packaging where reasonably possible.

Items that may be excluded

Subject to applicable law, cancellation rights may not apply to personalised goods, sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, or other statutory exceptions. A product is not excluded merely because it was discounted. Contact us if uncertain.

How to start a return

1. Email us with the order number, item and reason.
2. Wait for the return instructions and correct return address; do not send an item to an address shown elsewhere unless confirmed.
3. Package it securely and retain proof of posting.

Return postage

For a change of mind, you are responsible for the direct return cost unless we state otherwise or local law requires us to pay. We pay reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect goods where required.

Refunds

After receiving and checking an eligible return, we refund the amount required by law to the original payment method. Standard outbound delivery may be refundable when an entire eligible order is cancelled; any premium-delivery upgrade may not be. We may deduct lawful loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with photographs and a description. Do not return the item until instructed. Depending on the circumstances and law, a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund may be available.
